The
Association of Climate Change Officers (ACCO) is
offering a series of 2-day training academies in Golden,
Colorado to enable attendees to satisfy all
course
requirements for the
CCP® Designation
(formerly the Climate Governance Certificate), a credential
issued through ACCO’s
CCO CertificationTM
Program.
Produced and
offered in partnership with the National Renewable
Energy Laboratory and Colorado Water Conservation
Board, workshop participants will learn from
experts about greenhouse gas management and accounting,
the energy-water-food nexus, organizational change,
stakeholder engagement and basic adaptation planning
frameworks with a
regional focus added for Colorado and the Rockies. Professionals from the
public and private sectors, higher education and the NGO
community will benefit from the classroom-style,
interactive training activities.
